Early in October this year the Northern Hemiosphere was treated to a massive solar event. Earlier in the week I saw maps that predicted we would see the northern lights as far south as Boston. To maximize my chance of seeing them I brought my DSLR with my 18-55mm zoom lens and 50mm prime lens to Waltham.
I was able to see the northen lights by eye and did my best to capture as many pictures as I could. My iPhone took my favorite photos.
